Leanne Wood co-founded Flying Camel Marketing Group in 1995 and has been sole owner since 2005. The agency has grown, changed and flourished under her direction. A skilled communicator and creative strategist, Leanne is passionate about her clients and her team’s successes. Leanne loves hanging out with her 3 adult kids, STILL competes in figure skating, and shares the “joy” of a fixer upper cottage with her partner, Aaron.

Emily is known for coaching brands with strategic marketing insight, strong communication, and a collaborative leadership style. When she’s not guiding businesses forward, she’s coaching figure skating with the same approach! She believes the strongest results come from understanding people first, building trust, and applying the fundamentals with intention—and a little edge—whether in marketing or on the ice.

Marnie brings over two decades of communications experience to our team, with a wealth of knowledge and expertise ensuring exceptional service and innovative solutions for our clients. She’s a proud mom to a teenage daughter, an aspiring Broadway dancer (there’s still a chance!) and is our resident Cruise Director (she actually WAS Julie McCoy!)

Ashley is a marketing and digital strategy leader with 15+ years of experience helping brands grow and navigate complex challenges, specializing in digital transformation. She brings experience in finance, fintech, CPG, and B2B to the design industry, known for turning strategic ambiguity into clear plans and connecting brand, performance, and technology to drive real results.

Lily is our accomplished CD with over 30 years of experience building brands through imaginative ideation. A conceptual thinker known for her surprising executions, she excels at delivering on strategic objectives. Beyond her professional expertise, she enjoys indulging in her hobbies as an amateur baking artist and floral arranger.

Rachel is our experienced Senior Account Manager with over five years of public relations expertise in the home products category. Her strengths include project management, strategic planning, and excellent communication skills. Fun fact: She’s either a reality TV fanatic and book lover or a dog lover who will go to great lengths to pet a dog!

Jason is an experienced Account Manager with over seven years of marketing expertise spanning multiple industries. His diverse background gives him a unique perspective, making him a valuable partner for clients looking to elevate their brands. If Jason isn’t in the office, you’ll find him at the barn spending time with his American Quarter Horses!

Manager with expertise in crafting compelling narratives for all things luxury, including an expertise in stone surfaces, as well as skills in copywriting and content development. Before joining the industry, she skated professionally in Disney on Ice as Anna from Frozen, bringing the same energy and creativity to her work. Her unique background combines precision, flair, and a deep understanding of engaging content.

Brock joined the Flying Camel Creative Studio after wowing us with his own social communities with over 300K followers – @Brockwunder and @Wunder.studios. He drives and creates our social creative strategies for our client roster, bringing fresh ideas and an amazing track record of high-performing content. He loves to share impactful stories and live creatively.

Our official ‘Bean Counter’, Shirley has been a staple at Flying Camel for 17 years with a front-row seat in witnessing agency growth and the evolution of traditional and digital media. Mother to two wonderful daughters and three beautiful granddaughters, her ongoing passion for photography fulfills her artistic side.
