Leanne Wood co-founded Flying Camel Marketing Group in 1995 and has been sole owner since 2005. The agency has grown, changed and flourished under her direction. A skilled communicator and creative strategist, Leanne is passionate about her clients and her team’s successes. Leanne loves hanging out with her 3 adult kids, STILL competes in figure skating, and shares the “joy” of a fixer upper cottage with her partner, Aaron.

Kimberley is a marketing pro with over 15 years of making brands shine. She's a digital dynamo and agency leader by day, and a *slow* long-distance runner, yoga lover, and secret TikTok dancer with her three boys and partner Erik by night.

Marnie brings over two decades of communications experience to our team, with a wealth of knowledge and expertise ensuring exceptional service and innovative solutions for our clients. She’s a proud mom to a teenage daughter, an aspiring Broadway dancer (there’s still a chance!) and is our resident Cruise Director (she actually WAS Julie McCoy!)

Erin is our PR maven with over 15+ years of results-driven strategic communications. Always anticipating the next big thing, she proactively leads her clients into the conversation. Her knack for storytelling, media relations, and her expertise of combining traditional communications with digital marketing make her an instrumental part of our team. She's almost always singing...we pity the one who shares an office with her.

Emily is an experienced Account Director with strengths in communication, collaboration, and problem-solving. She specializes in working with startups, digital and trade marketing, and sales. Outside of work, she's a figure skating fanatic and aspiring golfer!

Lily is our accomplished CD with over 30 years of experience building brands through imaginative ideation. A conceptual thinker known for her surprising executions, she excels at delivering on strategic objectives. Beyond her professional expertise, she enjoys indulging in her hobbies as an amateur baking artist and floral arranger.

Rachel is our experienced Senior Account Manager with over five years of public relations expertise in the home products category. Her strengths include project management, strategic planning, and excellent communication skills. Fun fact: She's either a reality TV fanatic and book lover or a dog lover who will go to great lengths to pet a dog!

Sally brings a wealth of experience in the digital world and specializes in client reporting, copywriting and social strategy. Off duty, Sally is a Certified Walking Pop Culture Encyclopedia and spends her spare time with family whenever she can - particularly her baby nephews!

Jason is an experienced Account Manager with over seven years of marketing expertise spanning multiple industries. His diverse background gives him a unique perspective, making him a valuable partner for clients looking to elevate their brands. If Jason isn’t in the office, you’ll find him at the barn spending time with his American Quarter Horses!

Brock joined the Flying Camel Creative Studio after wowing us with his own social communities with over 300K followers - @Brockwunder and @Wunder.studios. He drives and creates our social creative strategies for our client roster, bringing fresh ideas and an amazing track record of high-performing content. He loves to share impactful stories and live creatively.

Julia is a dynamic Content Manager with expertise in crafting compelling narratives for all things luxury, including an expertise in stone surfaces, as well as skills in copywriting and content development. Before joining the industry, she skated professionally in Disney on Ice as Anna from Frozen, bringing the same energy and creativity to her work. Her unique background combines precision, flair, and a deep understanding of engaging content.

Leah is our Social Media Account Coordinator, known for her creative storytelling and strategic approach. In a previous position with a local BIA, she engaged 30,000 followers with community-focused campaigns. Leah – also a former skater – brings teamwork and determination to Flying Camel. Outside of work, she’s a passionate chef who loves family dinners and exploring the outdoors.

Our official ‘Bean Counter’, Shirley has been a staple at Flying Camel for 17 years with a front-row seat in witnessing agency growth and the evolution of traditional and digital media. Mother to two wonderful daughters and three beautiful granddaughters, her ongoing passion for photography fulfills her artistic side.
